Responsibility
- Architect, deploy, and manage high-availability Windows and Linux server environments.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives for Azure and AWS.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure security policies, ensuring SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance.
- Design and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Automate deployment and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualification
- 5+ years proven experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Deep practical experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS and Office 365 administration.
- Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, SD-WAN, Firewalls).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
