Key Responsibilities
Responsibility
- Manage and maintain on-premise Windows Server environments and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Design, implement, and monitor automated backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of all network systems.
- Configure and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize server performance for application deployment.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Operations.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat/CentOS), and scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, MCSA, or CCNA) preferred.
