Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and prototyping
- Develop comprehensive design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Create compelling visual narratives through storytelling and motion design
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered approaches
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong foundation in interaction design, information architecture, and user psychology
- Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in responsive web and mobile design systems
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
