Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and user-centric Senior UI/UX Designer to join Lumina Digital. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for our suite of enterprise software products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless digital journeys.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design and design handoff.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms (Web, Mobile, and Desktop).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Advocate for inclusive design principles and ensure accessibility (WCAG) standards are met.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of strategy, research, and visual design skills.
