Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Present design strategies to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with proven portfolio
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for prototyping
- Portfolio showcasing complex B2B and consumer-facing projects
