Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final pixel, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams with confidence and clarity.
Qualification
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong track record of UI/UX design projects with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, with a solid understanding of prototyping and auto-layout features.
- Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
