Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system and component library.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to keep our products competitive.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including detailed case studies.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
