Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research to implementation using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect prototypes
- Create accessible WCAG-compliant interfaces for diverse user demographics
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critiques
- Analyze user behavior metrics to iterate and optimize experiences
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and wireframing
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
