Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core product features, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
- Design and maintain a scalable design system including component libraries, style guides, and interaction patterns in Figma.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to inform design strategies.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications for engineering handoff.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile squad to validate and iterate on features.
- Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders, effectively communicating the "why" behind every decision.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture and process improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve on UI/UX best practices, tools, and emerging technologies in the SaaS space.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, variables, advanced prototyping).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Proven experience working in an agile environment, iterating quickly based on user feedback and data.
- Exceptional visual design skills with a strong command of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to clearly articulate design rationale.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills; ability to manage time effectively across multiple workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
