Responsibility
- Design and implement responsive UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility
- Create and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in fintech or e-commerce environments preferred
