Responsibility
- Lead user research initiatives to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes and UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
- Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep our products at the cutting edge.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and visual craftsmanship.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Framer, Axure).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience designing for responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with remote teams.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
