Responsibility
- Lead Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design process, from concept to launch, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- User-Centric Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and uncover deep user insights.
- Prototyping & Wireframing: Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups using Figma to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve our internal design system, ensuring scalability and maintainability for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into actionable design specifications.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating UI, UX, and interaction design projects.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Accessibility: Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
