Responsibility
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute video projects from pre-production to final delivery
- Operate professional camera systems (Sony FX6, Canon C300) and lighting setups
- Lead creative direction for client briefs while maintaining brand consistency
- Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects with color grading expertise
- Manage equipment inventory and maintain studio gear
- Mentor junior videographers and coordinate production schedules
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years professional videography experience with portfolio of 20+ projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Deep understanding of lighting, composition, and cinematography principles
- Experience directing talent and managing production logistics
- Strong problem-solving skills for on-set technical challenges
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple concurrent projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for location shoots
