You will be the architect of our visual narrative, leading production from concept to final cut. This is a hands-on role for a versatile filmmaker who obsesses over lighting, composition, and sound design. You'll collaborate with top-tier talent and creative directors to produce cinematic content for commercials, brand campaigns, and social media. We leverage cutting-edge technology—from RED Komodo and Sony FX6 cameras to full DaVinci Resolve color grading suites.

Responsibility
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a diverse range of clients and internal projects.
- Operate and maintain professional cinema cameras (e.g., Sony FX6/FX9, RED, Canon C300), lenses, gimbals, audio equipment, and lighting gear.
- Collaborate with the creative team during pre-production to develop storyboards, shot lists, and creative briefs.
- Manage on-set logistics, direct talent, and ensure a smooth, efficient production workflow.
- Execute advanced color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics in post-production using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
- Optimize video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, broadcast) ensuring proper formatting and compression.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously elevate the quality of our output.
- Manage and archive raw footage, project files, and final assets using our cloud-based digital asset management system.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional videography and editing experience, preferably in a agency or production house setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve Studio.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, composition, and lighting skills.
- Proven experience with professional cinema cameras and rigging, as well as DSLR/mirrorless systems.
- Solid understanding of 3-point lighting, audio recording techniques, and on-location sound design.
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (After Effects, Cinema 4D a plus).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
