The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Videographer & Video Editor to lead visual storytelling across our diverse client portfolio. This is a full-time, in-studio position in our Los Angeles facility. You will manage the entire production lifecycle—from pre-production planning and cinematography to post-production editing, motion graphics, and color grading.
Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to produce high-impact content for broadcast, social media, and web campaigns.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage video production shoots from set-up to wrap, ensuring technical and creative excellence.
- Operate professional cinema cameras (Sony FX6/9, RED) and lighting/grip equipment to achieve cinematic quality.
- Execute complex post-production work including advanced editing, multi-layer compositing in After Effects, color grading in DaVinci Resolve, and sound design.
- Conceptualize and present creative ideas, storyboards, and shot lists during pre-production phases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Manage and maintain video equipment inventory, keeping gear ready and up to standard.
- Mentor junior videographers and editors, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualification
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Videographer and Video Editor in an agency, studio, or brand environment.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating advanced cinematography and editing skills across various formats.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep knowledge of lighting techniques, camera operation (Sony E-mount systems), and audio capture.
- Strong ability to tell compelling stories through editing, pacing, and color grading.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tight deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail.
- A degree in Film, Media Arts, or a related field is highly valued.
