Responsibility
- Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using modern technologies.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Testing: Implement automated testing strategies to ensure robustness and reliability of deployed features.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Core Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Framework Experience: Deep experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Backend Knowledge: Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Database: Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
