As a Server, you will be the ambassador of our brand. You will be responsible for guiding our guests through an exquisite culinary journey, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and grace.
Responsibility
- Engage with guests warmly upon arrival, seating them promptly and introducing them to their server.
- Present menus and offer detailed descriptions of dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods to enhance the guest experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues or special requests.
- Upsell menu items and signature cocktails to increase average check size while maintaining guest comfort.
- Prepare tables for service, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Clean and organize service stations, including wiping down tables and refilling condiments.
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and alcohol service laws (ABC certification preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage in conversation while multitasking.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Proficient in using restaurant Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
