Responsibility
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service at all times
- Offer product recommendations and styling advice to help customers find exactly what they're looking for
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor that reflects our brand standards
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash with integrity
- Restock merchandise, manage inventory displays, and ensure shelves are always well-stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Report any maintenance issues or stock concerns to the store manager promptly
Qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving
- Availability to work full-time hours with some overtime when required
