Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash payments
- Maintain and replenish stock levels on the shop floor, ensuring shelves are always well-stocked and organized
- Keep the store clean and presentable, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Assist with inventory management and stock takes as required
- Support the management team with store promotions and visual merchandising
Qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable but not essential - we provide full training
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Basic numerical skills for handling cash and processing transactions
- Eligibility to work in the UK
