Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner while providing product recommendations and styling advice
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash management responsibilities
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing stockroom, and conducting regular stock counts
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Contribute to achieving daily sales targets and actively promote current promotions and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to execute visual merchandising changes and window displays
Qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential – we provide full training
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and genuine interest in helping customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Flexible availability including weekends and some evening shifts
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash and electronic payment systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise when required
