Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Organise and restock shelves, ensuring the store maintains a tidy and appealing appearance
- Provide product recommendations and style advice based on customer preferences
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Maintain awareness of current promotions and new arrivals
- Support inventory management and stock-taking activities
Qualification
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with POS systems
