Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash drawer management
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized and presentable
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team
- Provide product information and styling advice to help customers make purchase decisions
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and communicating effectively
Qualification
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
