Responsibility
- Welcome and engage every client with warmth and professionalism, delivering a bespoke shopping experience tailored to their individual tastes.
- Expertly showcase product features and styling possibilities, achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain meticulous visual merchandising standards, ensuring the sales floor and stockrooms are organized, clean, and visually captivating.
- Process transactions accurately via the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments with integrity.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking, and conducting cycle counts.
- Proactively reach out to clients to introduce new arrivals, upcoming promotions, and exclusive events.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize floor coverage and support daily store operations.
- Resolve client concerns with grace and efficiency, ensuring every interaction ends positively.
Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a premium retail or customer-facing environment.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales in a luxury or high-end setting.
- Impeccable grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and a strong aptitude for technology.
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
