Responsibility
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner, building lasting relationships.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and styling advice to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor according to brand guidelines.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and replenishing inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges effectively.
- Support store management with opening and closing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Fashion preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for fashion, beauty, and luxury lifestyle products.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
