Responsibility
- Customer Excellence: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain the store's appearance to the highest standards, including restocking shelves, folding garments, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems, handling cash, cards, and digital payments with 100% accuracy.
- Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising displays, ensuring they align with current trends and seasonal promotions.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, process incoming deliveries, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow staff members, share best practices, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Qualification
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
