Responsibility
- Welcome and engage every customer with warmth and professionalism, identifying their specific needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Drive sales by expertly presenting products, sharing details on quality, craftsmanship, and styling options.
- Process transactions seamlessly through our POS system, managing cash, payments, and gift wrapping with care.
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and cleanliness standards throughout the store.
- Assist in stock management including receiving deliveries, unpacking inventory, and restocking shelves.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and personalized shopping assistance.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute in-store events and promotional strategies.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 1+ year of luxury retail or customer service experience with verifiable sales achievements.
- Exceptional active listening and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and Apple/Google productivity tools.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours during a shift.
- Strong aesthetic sense and genuine passion for home decor, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
