Responsibility
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, including merchandising and visual display.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and upsell products to meet individual targets.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
