Responsibility
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing expert advice on product features and styling.
- Store Operations: Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness at all times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and assist with stocktakes and inventory control processes.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Clienteling: Build and maintain relationships with regular customers, including managing client lists and follow-ups.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualification
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, though enthusiastic trainees are welcome.
