Responsibility
- Architect, design, and develop scalable microservices and APIs using Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Lead the implementation of new features end-to-end, from database schema design to frontend integration.
- Optimize our AWS infrastructure for cost and performance, leveraging services like EKS, Lambda, and RDS.
- Mentor junior engineers through rigorous code reviews and pairing sessions.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure the reliability and uptime of our production environment.
- Drive continuous improvement in our CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualification
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Expertise in Python or Go, with a willingness to work across the stack.
- Deep experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to engineering.
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Authorized to work in the United States.
