HealthFirst Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team in Boston. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, providing exceptional patient counseling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize therapy outcomes.

Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and verify dosing to ensure patient safety.
- Provide medication counseling and answer patient questions regarding drug interactions and side effects.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and monitor patient therapy plans.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor medication stock levels.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training programs.
Qualification
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Current pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligible to obtain).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of drug therapies, pharmacology, and clinical pharmacy practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
