Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems to meet business requirements.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, ensuring high availability.
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity access solutions.
- Implement and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Perform regular security updates, patches, and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash) to streamline system administration tasks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users across all locations.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019) and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs) and firewall management.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including IAM and resource management.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V) and storage solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, Linux+, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
