Responsibility
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk, resolving incidents proactively
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and directory services (Active Directory)
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible to streamline operational workflows
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Document system architecture, procedures, and technical specifications
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years administering enterprise-level systems in Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Certifications (CompTIA Linux+, AWS Certified SysOps, or MCSE) preferred
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Proven problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
