Responsibility
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions in specialized subjects
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with curriculum standards and student goals
- Track student progress through regular assessments and progress reports
- Collaborate with parents and educators to address learning challenges
- Utilize digital tools and resources to enhance interactive learning experiences
- Maintain accurate session records and feedback documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant subject field or equivalent certification
- Proven tutoring/teaching experience with demonstrable student improvement
- Deep subject matter expertise in at least two academic disciplines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse age groups
- Proficiency in digital learning platforms and educational technology
- Valid UK work permit and right to work authorization
- Enhanced DBS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English with excellent command of written communication
