Responsibility
- Lead endâtoâend design process from research to highâfidelity prototyping for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and dataâdriven analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to crossâfunctional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Iterate rapidly based on feedback, A/B testing results, and performance metrics.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a proven portfolio.
- Proficiency in industryâstandard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles.
- Experience with user research methodologies, persona development, and journey mapping.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fastâpaced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; collaborative mindset.
