Responsibility
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design specifications
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and effectively articulate design rationale
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and impactful outcomes
- Deep understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and typography
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
