Responsibility

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design with technical feasibility.
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Present and defend design rationale to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
