Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end venture creation from concept to Series A funding
- Assemble and scale high-performing founding teams
- Develop go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps
- Secure strategic partnerships with industry leaders
- Drive fundraising activities and investor relations
- Establish key performance indicators and growth metrics
- Mentor portfolio founders on operational excellence
Qualification
- 5+ years experience as founder/co-founder or C-level executive
- Successful exit or $10M+ fundraising track record
- Deep expertise in SaaS, FinTech, or AI/ML domains
- Exceptional leadership with team-building acumen
- Strong financial modeling and capital allocation skills
- Extensive network of VCs and industry executives
- Mastery of lean startup methodologies and agile development
