Responsibility
- Develop and validate innovative business models across high-growth sectors
- Lead product development from MVP to scalable solutions
- Build and lead high-performing founding teams
- Secure seed-to-Series A funding with investor relations support
- Drive go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition
- Execute data-driven pivots based on market feedback
- Establish strategic partnerships and industry relationships
Qualification
- Proven track record of founding or scaling ventures (2+ exits preferred)
- Expertise in agile development, lean methodologies, and growth hacking
- Exceptional storytelling and capital-raising capabilities
- Deep technical or domain expertise in SaaS, FinTech, or ClimateTech
- Experience building remote-first, globally distributed teams
- Mastery of KPI-driven performance metrics and unit economics
- Portfolio of validated product-market fit cases
