Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end startup development from concept to Series A
- Assemble and manage world-class technical/product teams
- Secure $1M+ in seed funding through our investor network
- Execute go-to-market strategy achieving 10K+ active users
- Drive product roadmap while maintaining agile development cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders
- Present quarterly progress to our investment committee
Qualification
- Proven track record of building startups (exit or $1M+ funding)
- Expertise in B2B SaaS, fintech, or deep tech domains
- Mastery of lean startup methodologies and growth hacking
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced technical proficiency in relevant stack (Python/React/AWS)
- Experience scaling teams from 3 to 50+ employees
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful product launches
