Luminous Creative Studios is seeking a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our dynamic creative team in Los Angeles. We're a fast-paced boutique production company specializing in commercial content, social media campaigns, and brand storytelling for high-profile clients across fashion, tech, and lifestyle industries.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our creative directors and marketing teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling visual content that captivates audiences and drives engagement. Responsibility
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content from concept to final delivery for commercials, social media, and brand campaigns
- Operate professional camera equipment including RED, Sony A7S series, and cinema cameras for studio and on-location shoots
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to deliver polished, broadcast-ready final cuts
- Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Set up and maintain lighting, audio, and rigging equipment for various shooting scenarios
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform-specific video requirements
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional videography and video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating commercial or narrative work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color grading, motion graphics, and audio mixing
- Experience with various camera systems, lenses, and lighting setups for different production environments
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction while contributing innovative ideas
- BA/BS in Film, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
