Responsibility

- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Upsell premium items and special promotions
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and events
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or premium restaurants
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and service standards
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency required
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid food handling certification preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
