Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Efficiently receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and electric pallet jacks (certification preferred, training available for qualified candidates).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment strictly adhering to all company and OSHA safety standards.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist with end-of-month physical inventory audits.
- Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and manage workflows.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.
- Assist in cross-training new team members and temporary associates on standard operating procedures.
Qualification
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Must be able to safely and consistently lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and volumes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas facility.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and overtime as business needs require.
