Responsibility
- Operate Class A or Class B commercial vehicles to transport freight safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery status
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of assigned vehicles
Qualification
- Valid CDL Class A or Class B license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verified driving experience
- Current DOT medical card
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) preferred
- Must be at least 23 years old for interstate driving
