Responsibility
- Read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting, manual labor, and material handling.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and site protocols.
- Assist with concrete pouring, forming, and finishing tasks.
- Collaborate with supervisors, tradespeople, and other crew members.
- Maintain, clean, and inspect tools and equipment.
- Prepare and clean work areas to keep the site organized.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10‑hour construction safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
