Responsibility
- Execute construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery safely including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trades professionals
- Inspect completed work for quality compliance and report issues
- Assist in material handling and inventory management
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read architectural drawings and follow technical plans
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
