Responsibility
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with supervisors and other tradespeople
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Perform site cleanup and maintenance
- Report any hazards or issues to management
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous construction or manual labor experience is a plus
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable transportation to job site
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
