Responsibility
- Execute construction tasks according to project plans and supervisor instructions
- Operate hand tools and power tools including hammers, drills, saws, and levels
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to work areas
- Assemble and disassemble temporary structures like scaffolding and braces
- Prepare work sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled tradespeople including carpenters, electricians, and masons
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 1 year of construction or manual labor experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Dallas metro area
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands
