Responsibility
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and preparing equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials.
- Follow blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate construction and adherence to specifications.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, digging trenches, and operating construction machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
- Conduct basic maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment as needed.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a Construction Worker or in a similar role (at least 1 year preferred).
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
