Responsibility
- Interpret blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely
- Assemble and dismantle structures, including scaffolding and frameworks
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean worksite
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Conduct basic quality checks on completed work
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of construction experience preferred
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long hours
- Proficiency in reading and following technical blueprints
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a strong plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
