Responsibility
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling on active construction sites.
- Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Qualification
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology and safety protocols.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
